{CLEAR-ly 4 lil' Boys} MFT Guest Designer Challenge

Jessie is hosting this months' MFT Guest Designer Challenge and when I say challenge - I mean challenge:

* make an M& M card (masculine & metallic)

I had a ton of fun with this challenge although I did end up scrapping my first idea and had to start all over again but it was worth it - I love my little dumped card. :)

This is a CLEAR card (I used Clear Window sheets as base for my card) and clearly for little boys who have been broken up with by their mean little girlfriends. Little guys have feelings too!! :)

The only things attached to the front of the card are the robot, the wheels behind him, the little dump truck and the sentiment "Got Dumped?" -everything else you see is on the inside of the card.

This card has a lot of fun little details but let

me talk about the papers I used first: I used papers from the Rockets 'n' Sprockets collection by Recollections, Bitty Box Basics by PTI and Digi Papers from the Bare Feet and Blue Jeans collection (Sweet Shoppe).

The little Robot is a Digi Stamp from My Favorite Things. I just love that little guy!! The Dump Truck is a digital scrapbooking element from the Digi Kit Bare Feet and Blue Jeans.

The sentiments I pulled for this card are from all over the place:

- "Got Dumped?" was simply written and printed off of the computer

- "It'll be Okay" is from the Pure Innocence My Umbrella set

- Now the "Girls Suck" was a bit tricky: I used the "Girl" from "Birthday Girl" (Who's that Birthday Girl?) and the "s" for Girls came from "Friends" (Twisted Threesome). The "Suck" came from Twisted Threesome as well.

To add a bit more to the fun playfulness of this card I put in Screw Brads for the tires of the little Dump Truck, I added Staples as little accents here and there and topped it all off with some Paper Piercing.

Thank you so much for stopping by and if you have a little guy who was just dumped give him a biiiggg hug from me! :)
